Customer Service hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping
If you choose Priority or Express shipping, charges do apply. Tracking numbers are provided via email.

P.O. Boxes usually ship via USPS and take typically 2-9 days inside the US. No tracking numbers can be provided for this type of address. The charge for P.O. Box delivery is $8.95 due to the higher risk of not being able to track this type of package.

Returns
Items must be returned within 10-days of receiving them and in new condition with tags and protective sleeves, if applicable, for exchange or credit less the shipping charges. Credit will be applied to credit card used. You are responsible for shipping and re-shipping charges.
